Prior to beginning his professional career, Tim obtained a commerce degree in real estate from the University of British Columbia. He began selling homes in Vancouver, where he worked under the tutelage of the city’s No. 1 agent, absorbing the importance of informing and protecting his clients.

Today, Tim possesses more than 15 years’ experience, and has built a strong reputation among both buyers and builders. He is among the top selling agents in Toronto, and works closely with the developers constructing the most desirable new buildings across the city.

Sundeep Bahl Sales Representative

Sundeep is descended from strong real-estate bloodlines, having 21 family members who work in the industry. His father, who sold homes in both England and Canada, was the first Indian immigrant to own a brokerage in Canada during the 1970s.

Sundeep owns more than 15 years’ experience in real-estate, and is a pioneer in selling pre-construction condos, having sold units from Toronto’s first pre-con project, 18-16 Yonge.
